3. All items must be returned in the original package and in resalable condition.

5. The customer can get the full refund within 3 business days after we receive the return items.
Exchange Guideline
1. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process, that’s to say, the customer has to pay the shipping cost for us to send a replacement item to you. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing. Specify the exchange item and the new color or size in your email to the customer service.
2. All items can exchange for different price replacements. pay or return the price different.Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
